Meditation
In this frantic, hectic world, mediation can be a calm port in the storm. Through learning to quiet the mind one can access inner thoughts and feelings. One can learn to listen to the calm that is in all of us. We are born with a wonder of the world. Through time and stress we can shut down to that wonder and adventure of childhood. Taking time to learn meditation and breathing fully and calmly can open worlds that we thought were closed to us. Taking a few minutes each day can add years to our life and life to our years.
